replacements or new construction
Repairs
in most cases we can provide 1 year. We also suggest
a maintenance program to pro-long the roof system
and lower life cycle costs. Repair warranties are
only on the repaired area unless full service
maintenance was chosen.
Some
of our commercial warranties are up to 10 years with
yearly maintenance and inspection programs
Each
roof warrants differently with materials used, there
for each roof is warranted as per written agreement
and acted on appropriately and promptly.
